The theme for 2024, “Knowledge over Ignorance,” resonated deeply throughout the event. From the moment colleagues stepped into the beautifully decorated space in vibrant ethnic wear, the atmosphere was filled with warmth, connection, and celebration.
We kicked off with a heartfelt welcome, emphasizing the importance of community and shared values. A short film on the origins of Diwali set the stage, followed by fascinating facts that sparked curiosity and conversation. The energy soared during our interactive quiz (with prizes!), and a surprise movie featuring colleagues sharing which Diwali values resonate with their teams brought smiles and reflection.
A lively game of Human Bingo encouraged everyone to mingle and connect, while the stunning performance “Rhythm of Diwali” lit up the floor—literally and figuratively. We wrapped up with closing remarks that brought us back to the core message: embracing knowledge, unity, and light.
And of course, no celebration is complete without food! We ended the day with a delightful spread of Indian snacks and drinks, leaving everyone with full hearts and happy taste buds.

Over the past three years, I have had the privilege of collaborating with a remarkable team on the back-office implementation of TCS BaNCS to the Cloud. In our presentation to an audience of +650 people, we delved into key aspects such as Strategy, People, Process, and Technology, sharing the transformative journey we undertook within Rabobank.

The following program was there La-tour-2022-program
I chose this event because I think innovation is super cool & important, I would like to discover what other large and small organizations are doing in this area and I try to learn things that I can incorporate into my own work. I could not pass up this opportunity and I am very grateful for this opportunity.
What is Web 3.0, metavers, NFT…What is SNAP doing and why are they successful? How important is corporate responsibility? What can we learn from Space X, Starlink & Activision Blizzard. All great questions I wanted to get answer on during this trip.
It was a trip i will never forget. I learned a lot and got inspired by the energy of LA and the mindset to make things happen. For me the most impressive part was the trip to Space X and Starlink, and also the story’s around Elon Musk and how he make things happen.

For me lifelong learning is important and thats why i started in 2020, during Covid, with this online course on INSEAD.
After hard work I can proudly say I get finished 3 modules, and with that I optained the “Leading in a transforming world” certificate:
– Leading organisations in disruptive times
– Strategy in the age of Digital Disruption
– Building Digital Partnerships and Ecosystems
It was definitely a life changing experience and enjoyed it so much!

PSPO 2 (86%):
PSM 2 (94%):
PAL 1 (100%):
